Annual USCCB Child Protection Audit

Each year, every diocese in the United States is audited by a firm contracted by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The purpose of the audit is to analyze how the diocese is adhering to the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. Every aspect of the Charter is reviewed to ensure the diocese is in safe environment compliance.

On March 29, 2021, StoneBridge Business Partners sent a letter to Bishop Dennis Sullivan informing him that the Diocese of Camden is in compliance with the data collection requirements for the 2019-2020 Charter audit period. The Diocese of Camden is fulfilling its mission to Promise to Protect and Pledge to Heal. See article in the Catholic Star Herald.
