Marriage Preparation or pre-Cana programs are designed to provide quality time for you as a couple to listen, reflect and discuss the important aspects of Christian marriage. The programs offer practical advice and assistance to help you build a successful marriage. Various formats are available to fit the engaged couples’ schedules.
All of the programs used address:
communication and adjustments in marriage,
conflict resolution, money management,
understanding your family of origin,
sexuality and intimacy,
sacramentality and spirituality,
moral decision-making,
responsible family planning, stewardship and family goals.
Pre-Cana Options:
Catholic Marriage Prep.com from Agape Catholic Ministries: Personal mentoring online at https://www.catholicmarriageprep.com/ This program is also available in Spanish and French. $194 per couple; $245 per couple, for couples who have less than three weeks to prepare.
Evermore in Love Marriage Preparation:

Engaged Encounter
The Engaged Encounter is a weekend away with other engaged couples that provides time in both groups and alone as a couple to dialogue honestly and intensively about your new life together.
Ideas presented by a team of married couples and a priest stimulate personal reflection and private couple dialogue. Topics for discussion include: strengths and weaknesses, desires, ambitions, goals, attitudes about money, sexuality, children, family, and your roles in Church and society. Also central to this weekend is the Sunday Mass celebration.
All weekends begin Friday evening and close Sunday afternoon.
All meals and accomodations are included in the reservation fee.
